No One Gets Out Alive
We’re moving to Asheville, NC at the end of this year. My band will no longer exist in its current format. We (the band) are not getting out alive. So we are playing better than ever, and it feels really good.
The movie “300″ comes out on Friday. 300 Spartans holding off 10s of thousands of the Persian army and doing it well. The Spartans were not getting out alive. They became the most revered warriors in history probably.
There are two types of people. 1–Those that no know, on some level at least, that they are not getting out of life alive. They moan and complain about it and have a miserable existence. 2–Those that know they are not getting out alive and understand it is the nature of things and so give their utmost to become what they want and experience what they want in life, and so are released into joy and purpose, because they are present in reality and have come to terms with the laws of nature.
